Wild & Scenic Film Festival

Join the Mattole Restoration Council and Lost Coast Interpretive Association at the Mateel Community Center for the Wild & Scenic Film Festival! Award winning films, tasty food and drink, guest speaker, raffle, silent auction, and more!
The evening’s film program consists of 11 short films with themes of nature, wildlife, community activism, adventure, conservation, water, climate change, environmental justice, agriculture, and indigenous cultures.
Come watch award-winning films that combine stellar film making, beautiful cinematography and first-rate storytelling to inform, inspire and ignite solutions and possibilities to restore the earth and human communities while creating a positive future for the next generation.
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Happy Hour, silent auction
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Film Program, Raffle, Guest Speaker
